Belted Ash Gray Cowl Dress

Fabric gathers into a deep cowl drape at the front of this dress, falling from a ribbed high neck and cap sleeves to a hem that dips low at the sides and back. A canvas belt cinches the waist, or the dress can be worn loose for a fuller, cape-like line. The light handspun cotton mul has a soft, airy hand and moves with the body.
