Mago was born in Bagru, a town on the edge of Jaipur where hand block printing is not a heritage to be discovered but the texture of everyday life. Founded in March 2025 by Mansi and Gourav, the label takes its name from its founders and its soul from the artisans they grew up alongside.

 

Every piece begins in Bagru, in slow, intentional hand block and hand screen printing, so no two are ever identical, and that is precisely the point. Working only in 100% cotton and airy Kota Doria, Mago makes modest, breathable womenswear for people who read the label and want to know where something came from and whose hands made it.
