Welcome to the Mizyana Marketplace.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, secure, and elegant shopping experience for our customers and our community of boutique fashion partners.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Definitions 

“Platform” / “Marketplace” / “Mizyana”

Refers to the Mizyana website and all related services.

“Customer” / “User”

Any individual browsing, purchasing, or interacting with our platform.

“Merchant”

Independent designers or boutique brands that list, sell, and fulfill products through Mizyana.

“Order”

A purchase made by a customer through the platform.

“Applicable Laws”

The laws and regulations that govern business activities within the relevant jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility

Customers must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or make purchases on Mizyana. 

By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Nature of the Marketplace

Mizyana is a curated online marketplace connecting customers with independent merchants.

While we provide the platform, coordinate logistics, and oversee customer experience:

• Merchants are responsible for preparing, packaging, and fulfilling orders.
• Mizyana does not manufacture or store inventory.
• Each Merchant is the seller of record for its products.

 Mizyana acts as the facilitator of the transaction.

5. Account Registration

To make purchases or access certain features, customers may need to create an account.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login details
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

Mizyana may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, customers agree that:

• All product information is provided by the Merchants
• Prices are displayed in the local currency unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed through approved third-party providers
• Order confirmation does not guarantee availability until the Merchant accepts and prepares the order

Mizyana reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is carried out in accordance with our published Shipping Policy.

Key points:

• Merchants prepare and package orders
• Mizyana coordinates courier pickups
• Customers pay shipping fees at checkout
• Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days

Mizyana is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Highlights:

• Return window: 14 days from delivery
• Customers pay return shipping fees
• Non-returnable items include hijabs, undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and discounted items
• Exchanges are processed through store credit and reordering
• Defective or incorrect items are eligible for review

9. Product Information & Availability 

While Mizyana carefully curates its Merchants, product descriptions, images, and stock availability are provided by the Merchants themselves.

Mizyana is not liable for:

• Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance
• Delays caused by out-of-stock items
• Errors in information provided by Merchants

 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

10. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the platform include applicable VAT where required.

For international shipments:

• Customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply
• These charges are not collected by Mizyana
• Customers are responsible for paying such fees directly to customs or the courier

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Mizyana — including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics — is the property of Mizyana or its content providers.

Customers may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission

12. Prohibited Use of the Platform

 Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with website functionality
• Upload harmful or malicious code
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harass Merchants, staff, or other users
• Circumvent payment or security systems

 Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws:

• Mizyana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Mizyana does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform performance
• Mizyana is not responsible for Merchant errors, courier delays, or product-level issues caused by third parties

Customers use the platform at their own discretion.

14. Dispute Resolution

Mizyana encourages friendly and prompt resolution of concerns.

Step 1 — Amicable Settlement

Customers agree to first contact our Customer Experience Team to resolve any disputes.

Step 2 — Formal Resolution

If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, through the competent courts as determined by those laws.

15. Amendments to Terms 

Mizyana may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
